SHIPPING POLICY
- The prices of products on piori.in are inclusive of all shipping and GST charges.
- We currently ship products only within India using reputable carriers such as The Professional Couriers.
- Products will be dispatched within 10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
- Once the product is out for delivery, we will email you the tracking details and carrier information.
- All our products undergo quality checks and are packaged securely. If you notice any tampering or damage upon delivery, please do not accept the package. Instead, take photos of the affected area, do not sign for acceptance, and return the package to the carrier. Accepting a damaged package implies that the product was received in good condition.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Our Returns & Exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of receipt.
- To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for repackaging, excluding the outer courier partner packaging.
- Inside the original packaging is a printed image of the ordered product. Ensure the image is intact, and the product matches the one you want to return.
- Returns/exchanges are accepted in cases of significant color aberration from the website representation or if there's a defect (reported within 24 hours of receipt).
- Non-returnable items include saris with detached blouse, tassling, and fall-pico done.
- Initiate a return by emailing info@piori.in with order details and the reason for return/exchange.
- Return shipping is to be done through our courier partner, The Professional Couriers. Any deducted fees during the refund process will be communicated.
- Piori is not responsible for damage due to rain, overuse, stains, or normal wear and tear post- purchase.
REFUNDS
- Piori provides refunds only in the form of store credit, valid for 3 months from the date of transfer.
- To request a refund, email care@piori.in with complete order details.
- We will assess and confirm the acceptance or rejection of your refund request.
- The product must be unused, returned in good condition, and in the original packaging.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- You can use the store credit for a future purchase or choose an alternative product within 3 months.
CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS
- We start processing orders immediately upon payment; thus, cancellations are discouraged.
